We believe that real food only comes from natural healthy sources.
Our land is holistically managed to restore the biodiversity and natural fertility of the soil. For the past 37 years, we have been developing grass-based genetics in our cattle that are more environmentally friendly and increase the balance between our land capacity and livestock’s needs.
This environmental balance has increased the biodiversity of our land and encourages more wildlife, both micro and macro, which drives our ranch to be a more stable and sustainable ecosystem. Raising cattle this way has eliminated the need to use man-made chemicals for the past 25 years.
Our philosophy on cattle and land allows us the opportunity to produce beef that enhances the health of the people who enjoy it and the land that creates it. We produce the cleanest, healthiest and most environmentally sound meat in the country.
At 5 Bar Beef we believe that it is far safer, healthier and more satisfying to:
- buy food knowing exactly where it came from
- know how food was raised and exactly by whom, what the animals were fed, and how exactly they were treated.
- know how the soil was fertilized and what, if any, unnatural substances were applied on or around the plants
- know how the food was harvested and prepared.
“I won’t sell anything that I won’t eat” is the premise that we stand by.
