This premier bone-in beef steak is cut 1 & 1/2 inches thick. On one side of its T-shaped bone is a large tenderloin. On the other side is a longer New York strip steak. The bone in this steak adds to its juiciness and flavor when grilled. Our Porterhouse is best grilled over medium indirect heat and served rare.
