T-bone steaks are a smaller version of the Porterhouse steak. The T-Bone is also cut 1 & 1/2 inches thick, and has the same T shaped bone with a New York strip on one side and Fillet on the other side of the bone. The bone in this steak adds to its juiciness and flavor when grilled. Our T-Bone is best grilled over medium indirect heat and served rare.
