Operating as a small family ranch since 1979, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality grass-fed and grass-finished pastured beef.
We practice holistic planned grazing, a form of regenerative agriculture which promotes the restoration of our soil & grasslands. We use no man-made chemicals, hormones, antibiotics, vaccines, pour-ons, animal by-products, pesticides or grain. That's our promise.

I loved the tour. It was great to see where my meat actually comes from and what the animals eat.
It was great but too large for one person. I gotta figure out a way to get a smaller portion or keep it longer after it’s defrosted.
I picked up the half beef from Hottinger’s last week and we have been delighted with the cuts we have prepared. The ground beef was excellent in the chili, and the New York steak and the top round sirloin were delicious as well.
