Porterhouse – $38/lb (regularly $42/lb)

Porterhouse steaks are the top of the line rib steak and include a piece of New York and Fillet Mignon. This is the most flavorful and tender steak on a cow. They are similar to a T-bone steak, but the tenderloin (filet mignon) is larger in size on the Porterhouse.
