This highly prized steak is very tender and when cooked correctly will melt in your mouth. We recommend preparing it over medium heat on the stove or indirect medium heat on the grill and serving it rare to medium rare.

Followed your cooking instructions and all of our beef has been great except for some steaks from Costco. Sorry it took us so long to prepare your beef. Do you sell your beef to Bristol Farms.
