Before I even put the chuck roast into the crock pot for our family pot roast recipe, I physically felt the difference in the meat. Soft, tender and juice ... whereas the typical store bought is tough and brick like. Of course, the taste was even better than expected. I put the chuck roast in my crockpot and it came out so good. There was no waste due to fatty pieces at all. Ive not had a roast I could actually eat the whole thing before! It also made really great gravy with the juices after cooking, thumbs up forsure!
