This was part of my first order from 5BarBeef and I certainly was not disappointed. The flavor was absolutely incredible. Dealing with Mr. Fitzpatrick is icing on the cake. I grew up in a small farm town and this man is the salt of the earth. You can tell he puts his heart and soul into his business. Any of you that are looking for Grass Fed Beef know the nutritional benefits. It’s night and day in regards to what you buy at the grocery store. If you’re contemplating going somewhere else, you’re making a big mistake. I’ve tried other sources and none come close.
