Braise it in bone broth!

OMG! Beef shank makes one delicious meal when braised with vegetables. One beef shank fed a family of three when slow cooked with potato onion, celery, tomato, yams that were cut in quarters. Fresh springs of oregano and thyme slow cooked gave the meal a wonderful heavenly taste.
