This tasty sausage is 25% liver and 75% top round.  It is flavored with organic Italian spicy seasoning.  Sausages are smoked, fully cooked, and ready to heat up on the grill or stove.

Packages of sausage are 1.5 pounds and may be slightly more or less than a pound.

Outstanding!

It was great but too large for one person. I gotta figure out a way to get a smaller portion or keep it longer after it’s defrosted.

The best meat

I just ordered three different lines of links. The hot Italian, the organ sausage and the bratwurst. Bar 5 never disappoints!

I have never had steak and liver sausage before. Others might like it but it's just not my thing. I will stick with regular sausage.
