We only sell beef because we believe that with 2800 acres, it is possible to raise one species well. We are not meat jobbers and do not buy our animals or meat from any outside source. Our goal at 5 Bar Beef is to produce the best premium grass-fed, grass-finished, pasture raised beef in Southern California, grown responsibly, beyond sustainably and according to nature.
With holistic planned grazing, our cattle are moved to new pastures every few days. This provides our cattle with clean food at all times and restores the soil, the

We believe that real food only comes from natural healthy sources. We produce food that we feel good about feeding ourselves and our family.
