Ground Beef

Our ground beef is quite possibly the finest hamburger meat you will ever taste! Our delicious ground beef is made from aged steak and roast ends from our premium grass-fed beef cattle. The same beeves you would buy a steak from.

The fat content varies from 75-90% lean depending on the time of year. Our pasture-raised beef is high in healthy Omega-3 fats, CLA, and vitamins. Cook our meat over a low to medium heat to prevent it from drying out and being overcooked.

It comes in approximately 1.0-1.1 pound packages.
